Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. We generally cannot modify or cancel orders once they are confirmed.
Do you restock sold-out items?
To maintain exclusivity, most of our pieces are limited runs and will not be restocked once sold out.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
Are your garments pre-shrunk?
Yes, most of our heavy-weight cotton pieces are garment-dyed and pre-shrunk, though we recommend washing cold and hanging to dry for longevity.
